I am a psychoanalyst and licensed psychologist with a practice focused on helping people live fuller, happier lives. Oftentimes, people may look fine on the outside, yet feel longstanding dissatisfaction and unhappiness on the inside. Many therapies and therapists take a directive approach to treatment, focused on telling a person how to reduce their symptoms of distress through specific recommendations. However, many people seek my services when their symptoms return after completing such treatments, as they continue to find themselves in unhappy patterns and emotional unrest.

My private practice setting offers a safe, confidential, and trusting space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. This helps you to learn more about yourself and why you do and feel the things you do.
